Insurance

As is now standard in self-storage facilities we require you to insure the goods you store in your unit for a minimum sum of £2,000 or their declared value from time to time, whichever is the higher.

We are happy to accept your own insurance cover but require proof of such cover including a copy of the policy specifying the level and scope of such cover and including the specific location including your unit number as well as a receipt for the premium.

In the event that such cover is not available to you or you wish to take our cover then please complete the application form which also includes a declaration as regards the contents of your unit and its value. The cost of the cover we can provide is £3 per £1,000 contents cover per month, subject to VAT if applicable.
