Our units are located in five buildings and come in two sizes. They are accessed by a wide central corridor.
Our single units are 2.8m wide x 4.4m deep giving 12.3sq m (9ft x 14ft, 125 sq ft) although there are minor variations in individual units. Ceiling height rises from 1.8m at the back of the unit to over 3m at the door (6ft to over 10 ft).
Our double units are twice this size, again with minor individual variation, and have the same ceiling height.
Each building is opened with a combination lock. Clients provide their own lock for their own unit.
We have recently upgraded security at the site with internal and external CCTV and remote archive off-site recording.
Access is available from 0700 – 2100 (summer) and 0700 – 2000 (winter). Outside of these times access is available by prior notification. Please see contact page.
There is a limited range of items that must not be stored in a unit and we rely on self declaration that such items are not stored. In order to protect all clients the Company reserves the right to access the unit and remove items if they have a reasonable belief that such items are being stored. Please see our Terms and Conditions of Storage.
The Company has no liability for the contents of a unit however we do require clients to insure the contents of their units for a minimum of £2,000. We are happy to accept proof of insurance provided from the clients own insurance policy failing which we offer our own insurance policy at additional cost.

Unlike most self-storage companies we publish our prices which we believe are both very competitive and transparent. Our prices are per calendar month and there are no extras other than insurance which is required but does not have to be provided by us.
